We accept payments by cash, checks and Visa or MasterCard credit cards. We also offer interest-free financing and discounts for treatments paid for in full up front, as well as discounts for multiple family members undergoing treatment together. If you have questions about financing or payment, simply ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.

Insurance

Our office is happy to assist you in filing for any orthodontic benefit that is available for you and/or your child. Please read the following and contact us if you have any questions.

• Please inform us immediately if there is an orthodontic benefit you wish to have verified. Pre-verification is NOT a guarantee of payment. This only provides information used in calculating an estimate of your benefit and setting up financial arrangement for orthodontic treatment.
• Please be advised that all fees are ultimately the responsibility of the patient/parent. We will file your insurance claim providing the carrier with diagnosis, treatment and fee information, the actual processing and payment of benefit is determined by your employer and carrier only.
• Orthodontic benefit is paid over the length of treatment time and the patient/parent must be responsible to inform this office of any changes in employer and/or carrier as this will interrupt and stop estimated benefit.
